170+ German Universities rely on uni-assist for accepting program applications from international students.

Uni-assist carries out the preliminary check and evaluation of the candidate’s school certificate / university entrance qualification for Bachelor’s or qualifying degree for Master’s. It has been mandated to evaluate Candidate’s certificates/diplomas/degrees to find out which grades/equivalency they have on the German grading system.

After evaluation of candidate’s documents, Uni-assist issues a preliminary document called as VPD (“Vorprüfungsdokumentation”) which informs the candidates whether they qualify to study all subjects, or only few subjects or Bachelor’s / Master’s degree programs in German Universities .

Uni-Assist charges processing fees from the candidates for evaluating their qualifications acquired outside EU nations and checking other criteria of the German universities to which they want to apply.

Processing fees for an application semester:
Costs for the first selected program: EUR 75.00
For each further selected programs: EUR 30.00
